Why go to Corsica?
- It’s a beautiful and unspoilt island only 1hr 40 mins flying time from the UK.
- Wide variety of scenery from deserted beaches to mountain villages and forests.
- Easy to travel from beach to mountain in around half an hour.
- Beaches unspoilt and clean, most shelve very gently, are ideal for small children and are really beautiful.
- Good priced set menus at most restaurants where children are very positively welcomed.
- Good mediterranean weather with cooling breezes.
- Very low stress and ‘untouristy’ destination.
- The downside: Very busy with French holidaymakers in late July and throughout August. Package costs are comparatively high as accommodation is expensive.
