This lovely luxury house has a fantastic location in the hills of western Tuscany yet within easy reach of Lucca, Florence and not too far from the beaches at Forte Dei Marmi. Borgo di Campioni is a beautifully renovated farmhouse set amongst woods and fruit orchards, and with stunning views over the olive groves in the surrounding countryside. The villa has lots of spacious rooms, a lovely garden and a gated pool making it ideal if you're travelling with baby or children on board.

This is a superb property with huge garden and a fenced pool. Close to Florence in the Chianti Hills with its pretty hill top towns, villages and vineyards, this villa is set in the very small hamlet of Palazzuolo. The property has plenty of space for a large extended family or group travelling together and with the large outside areas and fenced pool this makes a perfect house for families with children
Accommodation:
The villa is elegantly furnished with comfortable quality interiors, the bedrooms can be flexible with a mixture of doubles and twin rooms as well as some more suited to children/teenagers. All of the bedrooms are en-suite. The dining room and fully equipped kitchen are located on the ground floor along with two of the bedrooms and office with internet access, telephone, fax and safe. On the upper floor are two sitting rooms and the five double bedrooms. Panoramic windows look out over the surrounding area.
Pool:
Fenced with a gate which can be locked. 15m x 7m - 1.20m to 1.40m deep with ladder steps. Changing room at the pool with fridge. On the lawn there is a shady gazebo

 Villa le Terme offers fully renovated farmhouse accommodation in Tuscany, with views over the Chianti hills, a short distance from the medieval village of San Gimignano. 

Accommodation:

The villa has 5 bedrooms arranged over both floors, with various beautifully furnished living  and dining areas. Perfect for an extended family or group, with the option to have further accommodation for an even larger gathering.

Enter through an entrance hall on the ground floor into the kitchen, fully equipped for large parties. The main dining room, equipped with a Hi-Fi, has doors that lead to the patio. The living room has been converted from the old barn, it has sofas, satellite TV and home cinema and spiral stairs that lead to the mezzanine floor with pool table.

There is a pizza room with a wood burning pizza oven and indoor barbeque. Also on this floor is a double bedroom which is accessed via the dining room, it has an en-suite spa with showers (one cold, one hot/cold), sauna, steam room, WC, sinks and corner Jacuzzi bath.

First Floor On this floor is a double bedroom with en-suite Jacuzzi bath; there is also another double bedroom with separate external access and seating area, huge fireplace and en-suite bathroom. There are also two further double, en-suite rooms and a separate shower room.

Villa Radicata is a beautiful  traditional restored farmhouse in Tuscany with stunning lake and hill views. It offers  family yoga and fitness breaks, cooking courses and more, or  the villa can be rented on an individual basis. Located close to Anghiari in Eastern Tuscany in the Tiber valley,  the villa is surrounded by three acres of private gardens and with its own private swimming pool giving fabulous, open views over the Tuscan countryside. The villa is near a small village with a supermarket and pizzeria and just 15 mins from Anghiari, a pretty, medieval hilltop town.
