High tea is served from 5pm to 6pm each day and the nannies are on hand to help so parents still get a chance for a gin & tonic! If you would like to eat as a family, we offer family dining at 6pm in The Garden Room.

For children:
For older children, and competitive parents, the 'Hen House' is a great indoor escape. Situated behind the main house, it hosts a pool table, table football and a wide screen television (with PlayStation and Wii consoles available). There is also have a wide range of boardgames and dvd's for those rainy days, which can be enjoyed in your room, or in the cinema.
Spa:
The spa boasts indoor and outdoor swimming pools (outdoor pool open May to September), two fabulous treatment rooms with treatments by Comfort Zone and Mama Mio, family changing area, sauna and steam rooms and refreshment and retail area.

Child Care:
Moonfleet is a genuinely family friendly hotel. Cots, z beds, highchairs and children's high tea, are always available. The crèche (the Den) is open all year round and is free of charge to residents. It provides a safe haven where smaller children can be left to enjoy themselves in professional care. There is also an outdoor play area with a sandpit, climbing frame, slide and swings. Housed within the Verandah building is a huge indoor play area, which contains lots of activities suitable for all ages, such as soft tennis, table tennis, table football and pool. There is a children's lunch (healthy options) served in the Restaurant from 12 noon – 2.00 p.m. High tea is served in the Children's Tea Room from 5.00 p.m. and is a two course buffet which changes on a daily basis. There are delicious healthy options always available. Children can dine with their parents in our main Restaurant –as long as dinner is taken no later than 7.15pm.

This, the newest in the collection of the Luxury Family Hotel group offers families a truly relaxing and hassle-free break. Close to a host of family attractions - Cadbury World and West Midlands Safari Park and the Severn Valley Railway. A perfect location for exploring the Cotswold and Malvern Hills and visiting Stratford upon Avon. The Welsh mountains are just a short drive away, Riding, fishing, shooting and canoeing are all provided close by. Birmingham is close enough o enjoy spectacular shopping.

All 21 bedrooms and suites are individually designed with much style and comfort with some interconnecting. The new Aquae Sulis Spa offers a selection of treatments aimed at the whole family as well as hosting a swimming pool, thermal suite, jacuzzi and treatment rooms, as well as a new function suite and more informal restaurant.

Four Bears Den is an OFSTED accredited creche. The newly built eco–friendly building situated at the back of the hotel within the newly landscaped kitchen garden offers supervised play areas for younger children and a separate area for older ones with X Box, Air hockey and Table Football. The creche is open from 10am to 5pm daily, no booking required and recommended for use 2 hrs am and 2 hrs pm. Babylistening service available in all rooms, and babysitters can be arranged through the hotel at extra cost (around £6 per hour) with prior notice.

These 11 exclusive apartments are set in a corner of the estate and are idea for families. Each apartment is individually designed amnd has luxurious bed linen and is very comfortable. Almost all the apartments have small dishwasher/fride and oven for the preparation of light snacks. Laundry room available. There are DVDs and board games for hire. Guests have all the facilities of the hotel, which just a short cycle ride (cycles free for guests)away. They are a great choice and unique in that they offer plenty of space and flexibility and yet all the facilities of a hotel.Highly recommended.
